Juniors and Seniors? Are you interested in a career in diesel mechanics, wind energy technology, welding, automotive technology, electromechanical technology, or nursing? If so please sign up with Ms. Weidner before Christmas break to visit Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in Sweetwater on January 15th.

Join us in celebrating this monumental achievement at his Signing Day Ceremony on Wednesday, December 4th at 2:00 PM in the Reagan County High School Gym. This is a proud moment for Kason, his family, and the entire Reagan County community. FAFSA Night for Seniors!

Reagan County High School's National Honor Society has their Angel Tree up in the front of the high school! This year we will be putting together goodie bags for our first responders! Students will earn community service hours if they bring in something to add to the goodie bags! We are accepting snacks, drinks, Chapstick, small lotions, small hand sanitizers, or anything else that would go in a goodie bag! All donations will need to be given to Ms. Weidner by December 16th. Please call or email Ms. Weidner if you have any questions!

Senior Portraits for Reagan County Class of 2025 will be taken on... Last Name A-F: Thursday, December 5th Last Name G-Z: Friday, December 6th Students will be called in for their portraits on a rolling schedule. Cap & Gown, Tux & Drape will be provided. Few reminders below. GIRLS - Please Wear a Spaghetti Strap Tank Top under Your Normal School Clothes. BOYS - Please Wear a White Undershirt ALL SENIORS - Please bring your Class Ring and any other jewelry you would like to have on during your Senior Portraits Please visit with Ms. Weidner if you are unable to be there during your schedule time!

Today Reagan County received their ICEV Industry Based Certification Wall Mount. Last year Ms. Beeson's Agriculture Science classes received over 60 industry based certifications! These range in all aspects such as Floral Design, Veterinary Medicine, Livestock Selection and Equine Management. We are so proud of the time put in by our students and skills they acquire. The Reagan County Agriculture Department is constantly growing and providing new opportunities for our students. Go Owls!

Reminder from RCISD: Classes will dismiss early on Friday November 22nd, 2024, at 12:15 to kick off our Thanksgiving break. No school on November 25-29 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Congratulations to Coach Stark for being selected by Texas Tennis Coaches Association for 2A Assistant Coach of the Year. Coach Stark has been coaching at Reagan County for 4 years. He has been working alongside Coach Tracy Tatum-Smith, his own tennis coach and mentor. He has helped Coach Tracy Tatum-Smith coaching high school along with middle school. They together have had many players qualify for the regional tennis tournament and state tennis tournament. Also, each year have qualified for the state team tennis tournament and competed well against the best teams in division 3A.
